Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Experience: 3+ years

Responsibilities: -
  • Developing a robust brand awareness strategy across multiple platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to drive engagement, impressions, and ultimately ROI for clients.
  • Using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to perform robust technical on-site and backlink audits of client websites, to identify technical challenges and opportunities, providing clear and concise recommendations. This also involves CRO testing and advising on UX via HotJar.
  • Working alongside content creators and wider marketing departments to implement SEO/PPC within an overall marketing strategy.
  • Compiling data for presentation with custom dashboards created with tools such as Google Data Studio and Excel so that they can be digested by non-marketing stakeholders.
  • Working alongside developers to design and implement website architecture and internal linking hierarchies, as well as implementing HTML, Schema, Javascript, and CSS changes to improve rankings and site speed.
  • Advanced data analysis to inform business cases for marketing improvements.
  • Attend sales meetings to set expectations and advise on pre-sales marketing strategies.
  • Set-up and refine A/B tests for PPC and SEM for both internally and our external clients, with a particular focus on LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook retargeting/remarketing to generate leads and hit pre-set KPIs.
  • Quality control of all Digital Marketing outputs.
Candidate Profile: -
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
