Opening For Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads Specialists)
We are seeking a highly skilled PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist to join our marketing
team. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across various
platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms. The ideal candidate
should have a strong understanding of digital advertising, keyword research, ad copywriting, and data
analysis. They should be able to drive results by improving click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and
return on ad spends (ROAS).
Roles & Responsibility :
Develop and implement PPC strategies to achieve marketing objectives and drive targeted traffic to our websites or landing pages.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for PPC campaigns.
Create compelling and effective ad copy that aligns with campaign goals and maximizes click-through rates.
Optimize PPC campaigns through bid management, ad scheduling, targeting adjustments, and budget allocation.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad variations, landing pages, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and developers, to ensure consistent messaging and optimal user experience.
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features in PPC advertising platforms.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present insights, recommendations, and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or in a similar role, managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising principles, PPC best practices, and platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimization strategies.
Proficient in keyword research tools, bid management platforms, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant PPC platforms are a plus.

Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in digital marketing for campaign management &
